When feasible, CTANZ symposium organisers extend related activities to include an exhibition so we’re delighted that next year’s symposium will allow for another opportunity for textile artists to display their work.
The Textile Trust, Aotearoa is inviting artists and crafters to submit pieces for an exhibition at the Left Bank Gallery, Greymouth in March 2027.
Each entrant can provide up to 3 pieces, each measuring 15cm x 15cm, on the theme of The Search for the Fabulous Idea. The pieces can be in any medium and use any technique as long as they relate in some way to textiles.
The pieces will be on display from 8 March – 10 April, during which time the public will vote for their favourites.
