We know you will all be wanting to plan your days, and after some last minute tweaks, we have our program schedule for you! This is include in our hardcopy symposium program along with information on all our speakers.

A few notes on our venue for the weekend
We have the Cafler Suite at Forum North, the room has doors that open out onto a courtyard area which boarders a park behind the building. This means we can open up the doors for our breaks between sessions, if the weather is favourable, we can take our snacks and lunch out there. We have room on the concourse for eating and drinking after the Pōwhiri on the Friday. There are bathrooms and a kitchen that we have access to (our caterers will be set up there).
There is limited pay parking at the venue, and Saturday mornings can be busy with our local produce market from 5am – 9am. Sunday parking is free all day, we recommend walking or ride sharing if possible. If you do use the carparks, a reminder to make sure you do not leave any valuables on display and lock your vehicles.
Symposium Dinner at Aqua
If you are considering coming to the Symposium dinner at Aqua, but have not booked, please do so. We are unable accept bookings on the day, make sure you secure your seat here at this link, Eventfinda: Social Fabric, Interconnectedness: Patterns and Diversity.
Make it your own Because there’s already enough bags in the world, we’d like you to bring your own bag to the symposium. Upcycle and individualise your own bag: make it a talking point and a way to introduce yourself on the first day, and be part of creating our own social fabric.
Please also bring your own name tag, pens, note books, we’ll have some extra name tags at hand, but we encourage you to make use of what you have at hand, and be ready to share your makes.

Kia ora koutou, I’m confused – does the three day conference pass include the dinner at Aqua or do we need to book that as a separate ticket? It’s not clear from here or on the ticketing website what is included in the 3 day pass.

Thanks for your question, the dinner is an optional extra, so you do need to make a booking for it if you wish to come. There is a ticketing option you will see in the Eventfinda listing in the blog post above ^^
